Job Description

Human Resources Function
-Strategic oversight of FULL stack HR functions, including Payroll, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
-Lead the full recruitment process from start to finish, overseeing tasks such as job posting, candidate screening, and conducting initial interviews.
-Managing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
-Handling disciplinary issues and payroll concerns with professionalism and adherence to company policies.
-Compliance management and liaison with government authorities such as EPF, SOSO, and LHDN.
-Accurate administration of employee compensation, including bonus, leave, overtime, and claims.
-Management of HR documentation and preparation of various employment letters.
-Responsive handling of employee queries related to HR matters.
-Preparing the staff and company's yearly EA form.
-Development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and effectiveness.


Administrative Function
-Overseeing and managing the full spectrum of administration functions, including office management, office maintenance, and office services.
-Providing basic company bookkeeping services, and payment of company bills.
-Constantly maintaining office equipment, office supplies, and pantry supply to maintain efficient office operation.
-Planning and coordinating office decorations for different festive occasions.
-Handling any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management, such as organizing company events, preparing documents, and managing schedules.


Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
-At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is added value for this position. However, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
-Proficient in spoken & written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
-Possess experience in SQL payroll system would be an added advantage.
-Good working attitude, committed, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
