Key Responsibilities:



Market Penetration: Develop and execute a robust strategy to establish our brand presence in the offline retail channel across key Malaysian markets.

Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, negotiate with, and onboard new retail partners (distributors and key retailers) to expand our product reach.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at distributor and retailer levels, ensuring mutual success.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the offline channel.

Channel Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify the most effective channels and partners for our product categories.

Training & Enablement: Conduct effective product training and sales sessions for partner sales staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and motivated to sell our products.

Merchandising & Visibility: Work with partners to ensure optimal product placement, in-store visibility, and compliance with planogram standards.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, inventory levels, and other KPIs for each account, providing regular reports and actionable insights to management.



Requirements & Qualifications:



Proven track record (3+ years) in offline sales, business development, or channel management, preferably within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, health & wellness, or dietary supplement industry in Malaysia.

Demonstrable experience in building a distribution network from scratch or significantly expanding an existing one.

Established network of contacts with key retailers (e.g., pharmacies like Guardian/Watsons, health stores, supermarkets) is a significant advantage.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or other local dialects is a plus.
