The Live Host is responsible for presenting live games within a studio. This role focuses on delivering an engaging, professional, and entertaining experience to players while ensuring strict adherence to casino gaming procedures and regulatory standards. The Live Host acts as the on-camera face of the brand, managing game flow, interacting with players, maintaining accuracy, and supporting overall production quality.

1. Live Table Presentation
• Live games in a professional studio.
• Explain game rules, outcomes, and betting options clearly.

2. Player Interaction & Engagement
• Engage with players via live chat or voice while maintaining professionalism.
• Answer questions and guide new players through game mechanics.
• Manage official player groups on platforms such as Telegram.

3. Compliance, Integrity & Security
• Follow all gaming regulations and responsible gaming policies.
• Protect player confidentiality and ensure secure handling of information.
• Report suspicious activities or technical issues promptly.

4. Studio & Equipment Management
• Ensure cameras, lighting, audio, and equipment are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues with support from technicians.
• Maintain a neat and professional studio environment.

5. Professional Image & Brand Representation
• Uphold game grooming and uniform standards.
• Maintain a strong on-camera presence with clear, confident communication.
• Represent the brand values and culture at all times.

6. Content Preparation & Coordination
• Review scripts, promotions, and game rundowns before each shift.
• Join briefings, rehearsals, and continuous training sessions.
• Collaborate with superior to enhance player experience.

7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Review player feedback and engagement metrics regularly.
• Adjust presentation style to improve performance.
• Suggest ideas to enhance show quality and player satisfaction.

8. Working Hours
• Operates on a Monday - Saturday rotational shift system, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays. (WFO)

9. Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Basic understanding of live streaming or online entertainment is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication skills with clear and confident on-camera presence.
• Comfortable speaking in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia (multilingual is a plus).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with audiences.
• Basic technical awareness (camera, lighting, studio equipment) is an advantage.
