Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ø Human Resources:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
o Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
o Coordinate new hire onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training.

2. Employee Records & Documentation
o Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, etc.)
o Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
o Prepare formal documentation for HR records.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
o Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
o Administer employee benefits (medical claims, insurance, etc.).
o Respond to employee queries on HR matters.

4. Performance Management
o Support performance appraisal processes and maintain records.
o Assist in employee engagement initiatives (surveys, team buildings, internal events, etc.).

5. Compliance & Policies
o Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
o Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and exit formalities.

Ø Administration:

1. Office & Pantry Management
o Manage company assets, leases, and facility upkeep for maintenance.
o Procure and maintain office suppliers, pantry items, and stationery.
o Coordinate with vendors for pantry stock replenishment and ensure cost efficiency.
o Monitor pantry inventory and ensure availability of essential items for employees.

2. Documentation & Reporting
o Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment metrics).
o Maintain administrative records and ensure data confidentiality.

3. Employee Support
o Address employee queries on HR policies, leave, and benefits.
o Organize company events and meetings.

Qualification

1. Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
o 1 year or above in HR & Admin roles

2. Technical Competencies
o Proficient in MS Office & HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
o Knowledge of labor laws (e.g., Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO).

3. Soft Skills
o Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
o Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
