Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource
-Perform end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling and handling employment visa/work pass applications.
-Manage employee documentation such as employment contracts, letters, confirmation notices, amendments and HR-related correspondences.
-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
-Execute HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement activities and policy updates as required.

Compliance
-Maintain, update and organise company documentation and records related to all regulatory submissions, approvals and licences.
-Prepare, compile and submit compliance reports and supporting documents for licence applications, renewals and ongoing regulatory obligations.
-Conduct regular internal compliance reviews to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
-Monitor regulatory updates and notify management of changes that may impact company operations.
-Coordinate with external regulatory bodies, agencies and stakeholders when necessary.

General Support
-Provide administrative and operational support to the team leadership.
-Undertake any other tasks or cross-functional assignments as directed, ensuring effective and efficient overall operations.

Requirements
-Minimum Diploma in related field.
-Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, compliance or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with relevant exposure may be considered).
-Experience in dealing with the following government departments/agencies eg: KPM, KDN, JIM, MyXpats, MyFutureJobs, DBKL, EMGS will be highly advantageous.
-Strong understanding of Malaysian regulatory requirements and HR practices.
-Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
-Ability to work in multi-nationals environment.
