Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Daily Administrative Operations
-Responsible for daily office management, including office equipment maintenance, office environment cleanliness, and administrative process support.
-Procurement, inventory management, and cost control of office supplies.
-Greet visiting clients, answer and transfer phone calls.
-Manage daily company emails, document receipt and dispatch, and file archiving.

2. Document and Communication Support
-Responsible for organizing, editing, and basic drafting of bilingual (Chinese and English) documents.
-Assist in email communication, meeting arrangements, and follow-up with the China headquarters and relevant teams.
-Provide basic Chinese-English translation support to ensure accurate information transmission.

3. Event and Logistics Coordination
-Assist in organizing internal company events (such as meetings, training, team building activities, etc.).
-Coordinate with local suppliers (such as cleaning, catering, printing, etc.).
-Responsible for the procurement, management, and supplier communication of office-related supplies.

4. Financial Support
-Responsible for daily miscellaneous expense reimbursement registration, invoice organization, and management.
-Cooperate with the accounting department or China headquarters to complete basic financial data exchange and support work.

5. HRBP Support Roles
-Assist the HRBP team in their work.
-Cooperate with HRBP to ensure the implementation of related tasks.

6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
-Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on the current situation.

Job Requirements (Qualifications)

1. Language Proficiency
-Chinese: Fluent in business communication, able to handle formal written documents and oral communication.
-English: Possesses daily and work communication skills.
-Malay: Proficient in Malay is preferred.

2. Education and Experience
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above.
-2-3 years of experience in administration, HR, or related fields.
-Experience in working for Chinese-funded enterprises or multinational corporations is preferred.

3. Other Requirements
-Excellent communication skills, execution ability, and sense of responsibility.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and possesses basic time management and multitasking skills.
-Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PPT, email systems, etc.).

4. Visa and Status Qualifications
-Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work visa.
