Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
-Plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (primary) ,TikTok Ads,Google Ads and other paid channels (Native, Push, Pop – advantage).
-Manage and optimize large advertising budgets
-Improve campaign performance metrics including CPL / CPA / Conversion Rate / ROAS
-Conduct ongoing A/B testing on audiences, creatives, formats and placements
-Scale winning campaigns while maintaining healthy CPA

2. Conversion & Funnel Optimisation
-Manage end-to-end conversion funnels: Ad → Click → Landing Page → Registration → Conversion
-Optimize on Landing pages / PWA flows / Registration and conversion paths
-Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend improvements
-Work with internal teams to improve conversion quality

3. Tracking, Pixel & Attribution
-Set up, manage and troubleshoot on Meta Pixel / Conversion events / PWA tracking
-Implement and manage on UTM tracking and attribution frameworks
-Ensure accurate lead and conversion tracking across platforms
-Maintain data consistency between ad platforms, tracking tools and reports

4. Data Analysis & Reporting
-Monitor campaign performance daily
-Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
-Analyse data to generate actionable insights
-Recommend optimization and scaling strategies based on performance data

5. Creative & Growth Support
-Provide direction on Ad creatives / Messaging angles /Copywriting
-Conduct structured creative and landing page A/B testing
-Work closely with content and creative teams to improve conversion outcomes

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Collaborate with content & creative teams / technical teams (tracking, landing pages, PWA) / operations or conversion teams
-Ensure smooth alignment between traffic, tracking and conversion flow

JOB REQUIREMENT
-Minimum 3–5 years experience in Paid Ads and Performance Marketing
-Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (mandatory)
-Proven experience managing large advertising budgets
-Solid understanding of Pixel setup / Conversion tracking / Attribution models
-Experience with PWA funnels and conversion optimisation
-Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data
-Able to work independently and execute quickly
-Experience with tracking tools such as Voluum, RedTrack or similar
-Experience with Native, Push or Pop advertising
-Understanding of online-to-offline or multi-touch attribution
-Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining CPA efficiency
-Exposure to black hat or grey hat marketing environments
