Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
-Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to shape marketing direction.
-Plan annual and quarterly campaigns, ensuring balanced focus on brand building and sales activation.
-Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
-Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent identity, tone, and design across all platforms.
-Create and oversee development of creative assets (visuals, copy, social media, collaterals).
-Strengthen brand presence through events, sponsorships, influencer/KOL collaborations, and activations. Ensure brand storytelling is aligned across all customer touchpoints (digital, offline, PR, events).
-Manage brand health tracking (awareness, perception, loyalty) and implement initiatives to improve metrics.
-Support internal divisions to align internal communications with brand values.
-Plan and manage integrated campaigns: digital ads, social media, influencers, offline activations, and partnerships.
-Design promotions and campaigns that support customer acquisition, sales conversion, and retention.
-Ensure SEO, SEM, and performance marketing activities align with broader brand strategy. Oversee content marketing (blogs, video, newsletters)to support awareness and lead generation.
-Develop offline marketing activities such as roadshows, pop-up activations, and sponsorship tie-ins to complement digital campaigns.
-Work with operation teams to design customer promotions, loyalty programs, and targeted campaigns that drive measurable growth.
-Work closely with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are revenue-focused.
-Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
-Mentor junior team members and ensure effective teamwork across departments.
-Familiar with AI design trends and experienced in using AI tools for marketing, creative, or design-related work
-Understanding of AI design trends with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing creativity and efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENT
-Company's clients are 100% from China, candidates must be fluent in spoken and written.
-A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in branding and marketing (covering both strategy and execution).
-Comfortable engaging industry for various iGaming platforms.
-Strong understanding of digital + offline marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, events, sponsorships).
-Proven ability to link marketing strategies to sales results.
-Strong creative, communication, and project management skills.
-Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to optimize based on performance.
-Able to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and find effective solutions.
