Account Manager - Permas Jaya

-Oversee full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets)
-Manage project accounting, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
-Review and approve progress claims, variation orders (VO), and billing
-Monitor project cash flow, retention sums, and Work-in-Progress (WIP)
-Ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
-Lead year-end closing, audit, and tax submissions
-Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities
-Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and SST regulations
-Supervise and guide the accounts team
-Develop and improve internal controls, SOPs, and accounting processes
-Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control strategies
-Monitor company-wide cash flow and financial health
