Job Description

What you'll be doing
-Maintaining and updating our company's filing systems and records
-Organizing and managing document control processes to ensure information is easily accessible
-Prepare board resolutions, minutes, and management reports with regulatory precision
-Providing administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and assisting with general office tasks
-Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather and distribute information effectively
-Identifying opportunities to improve our administrative processes and procedures
-Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements
-Lead ad-hoc projects (office relocations, system implementations, policy rollouts)

What we're looking for
-Minimum diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or records management role, with specific experience in a pre-IPO or listed company highly preferred.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
-A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
