Aesthetic Clinic Manager (George Town, Penang)

We are looking for a sales-driven Clinic Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.



Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Management:

Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Conduct morning briefing to ensure daily sales target is met and maximize appointments.

Responsible for ensuring branch hit sales target.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to drive revenue.



Team Leadership and Development:

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Mentor and coach team members in the areas of sales /Clinic SOP/ Grooming as in accordance of Operations SOP

Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new leads.





Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets is a plus.

Mandarin fluency is a an added advantage.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork.

Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, products, and industry regulations is a plus.

Willing to do hands on to demonstrate good example to the clinic staff.
