Area Sales Executive (Johor)

Your role
-You will oversee the distributors within the assigned region to align with business strategies and meet targets.
-you will also develop trade-specific strategies, plan distribution routes, drive shipments and market sales, explore new opportunities, manage trade spend effectively, and coach distributors team to ensure outstanding trade execution.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
-Minimum 1-3 years of experience handling service outlet, preferably within the FMCG industry
-Skilled in managing operations across Melaka.
-Experienced in driving change and building brands with an entrepreneurial mindset
