Assembly Engineer

Design jigs and fixtures for assembling of opto-mechanical & electro-mechanical products

Write and implement manufacturing processes as defined by WI (Work Instruction)

Train/guide technician to perform the manufacturing processes effectively & productively

Solve technical/quality issues occur during First Article (FA) and serial production

Transfer products from customers to Melaka factory

Review product drawing/document to assess the technical and resource requirements

Identify critical process parameters and implement actions to minimize manufacturing risk.

Provide "Work Instruction (WI)" which is easy to understand and effective in process control. Explain the contents of WI to the users.

Lead and manage new product introduction to meet the desired quality, cost target and delivery schedule.

Introduce and improve manufacturing processes to achieve better quality and higher productivity.
