Beverage and Counter Service Crew

Requirements
-Possess secondary school/SPM/'O' level qualification.
-Entry-level positions welcome applications from recent graduates.
-Proficient in beverage preparation, both hot and cold.
-Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.
-Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and adherence to food safety standards.
-Possess a team spirit and be able to collaborate effectively with other team members.
-Master the cash handling process to ensure accuracy.
-Ability to perform inventory management, including entry points and orders.
-Have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
-Able to communicate fluently in Malay.

Job responsibilities
-Prepares and serves a variety of beverages, including hot, cold, and specialty drinks.
-Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage production equipment, ensuring equipment is kept clean and in good condition.
-Responsible for cashier duties, accurately processing cash and electronic payments, and providing change.
-Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the counter area and ensure that hygiene standards are met.
-Replenish raw materials and inventory in a timely manner, conduct inventory management, and conduct regular inventory checks.
-Provide customers with excellent customer service, answer questions, handle complaints, and make personalized recommendations.
-Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the quality and safety of beverages.
-Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks and ensure smooth operation.
