Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage, train, and motivate branch staff
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Prepare and present reports on branch performance
Promote company products and services to increase revenue
Ensure security, safety, and proper maintenance of the branch
