Business Development Executive – Digital Advertising Sales

普通话&英语流利

Working language: Mandarin & English

1-3年广告销售、客户经理、市场商务等相关工作经验；

1–3 years of relevant experience in advertising sales, client management, or business development.

对短视频、新媒体广告行业感兴趣，有初步招商经验者优先；

Strong interest in short video and digital media advertising; prior experience in business development is a plus.

具备良好的沟通表达能力、提案能力及执行力；

Excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

【岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities】

负责本地生活类商户（餐饮、零售、健身等）的招商合作，深挖客户需求，提供公域引流方案（小红书、TikTok、视频号等）。

Develop and maintain relationships with local merchants (F&B, retail, fitness, etc.), providing digital marketing solutions for brand exposure and customer acquisition.

维护现有客户关系，整理合作方案、报价、跟进合同签署与项目执行；

Maintain relationships with existing clients, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on contract signing and project implementation.

完成售前提案、合同签署、项目落地及效果复盘，制定执行方案并推动线上线下运营。

Manage end-to-end advertising sales process, from pitching to execution, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.

维护现有客户，整理合作方案与数据反馈；主动开拓新渠道，参与行业活动及商务谈判。

Optimize client partnerships through data-driven insights; explore new business opportunities via industry events and networking.

联动内容运营与创作团队，保障广告内容高效产出及投放效果。
