Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, retail, hospitality, government, and events sectors
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
• Present and pitch Big Screen Media's solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and solution presentations
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle
• Conduct client needs assessments to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and proposals in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the AV and LED display space
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to represent Big Screen Media
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Comfortable engaging with C-suite, procurement, and technical stakeholders
• Valid driving licence and own transport (client visits are part of the role)
