Cafe Crew (Service & Barista)

Requirements

Malaysian, aged 18 years old and above.
Have basic customer service skills (if you have barista skills is an advantage).
Positive attitude, friendly, and customer-oriented.
Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (rotational schedule).
Job Description

Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
Prepare and serve food & beverages according to company standards.
Take customer orders and recommend menu items when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, dining area, and workstations.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOPs are followed at all times.
Work as a team to ensure smooth daily café operations.
