Channel Sales Manager (Penang/Johor/East Coast)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and recruiting new business partners, exploring sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, planning and implementing effective business strategies, and staying attuned to client needs and market trends. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth while building meaningful connections within the industry.



What You Will Do:

Identify and recruit new business partners to expand the company's network.

Explore and develop sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential business partners.

Plan and execute business strategies to support company growth and objectives.

Understand client requirements and stay updated on current market trends to provide effective solutions.

Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales activities and progress.



What We Look For:

This position is open for Georgetown Penang, JB Johor, and east coast.

Business development and sales experiences in WAN & LAN networking products (Switch, Wireless Access Point, Router), CCTV systems, GPON, Gateway, AP, and IP CCTV.

Have strong relationship partner management skills.

Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize.

Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills
