职位：中文客服专员（Customer Service Executive）

工作内容：
• 通过电话、邮件或线上聊天协助客户，解答咨询及处理问题。
• 提供专业、友善的客户服务。
• 记录客户资料并更新系统。
• 与团队合作，确保客户获得良好的服务体验。

职位要求：
• SPM及以上学历
• 无需经验，公司提供完整培训
• 能以中文沟通和会繁体拼音
• 可接受轮班工作

• 月薪可达 RM4,000–RM5,000+
• KPI奖金、夜班津贴及加班费
