📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Civil & Structural Engineer to support construction and project execution works for industrial and building projects in Johor Bahru.

我们正在寻找一位能够使用中文沟通的土建工程师，负责新山地区工业及建筑项目的施工管理与工程协调工作。

📋 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate civil and structural construction works at project site
负责项目现场土建及结构施工协调工作

Review drawings, specifications, and construction progress
审核施工图纸、技术规范及工程进度

Monitor site activities, quality, safety, and project timeline
监督现场施工、安全、质量及工程进度

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
与顾问、分包商、供应商及内部团队进行协调沟通

Prepare reports, technical documents, and project updates
负责准备工程报告及相关技术文件

Assist management in resolving technical and site issues
协助管理层处理现场及技术相关问题

🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or related field
土木工程、结构工程或相关专业本科以上学历

Fresh graduates with good learning attitude are encouraged to apply

Experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects is an added advantage
具备建筑、工业厂房、基础设施或施工项目经验者优先考虑

Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
具备中文、英文及马来文沟通能力
