Construction / Site Manager

Position: Construction / Site Manager

Location: Johor Bahru District

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily site operations for engineering and construction projects

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule

Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements

Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on site matters

Resolve site technical issues and construction challenges

Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation

Ensures the implementation of the ISO 9001requirements are effectively carried out

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil / Construction/ Mechanical / Electrical) or related field

Minimum 5 years and more of site management experience in construction or engineering projects

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of construction and ( fit-out works & M&E works is advantages)

Able to read and interpret construction drawings

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Willing to be based on site and work extended hours when required
