Location:

AEON Credit Johor Bahru, City Square Office Tower (Southern Region Office)

Job Responsibilities:

To follow up closely with customers regarding their payment from time to time as required.

Work closely with other team members and other staff.

Educate customers to make payment promptly.

Inform customers about new payment channels and product.

Review on individual daily performance (total collection).

Deliver good customer service and maintain high professionalism during negotiation with customers.

Job Requirements:

Possesses Degree in Business Administration Finance/Accountancy/Economic/Banking or equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years collection payment experiences is an added advantage.

Target oriented and able to work under pressure.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
