Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
-Address customer inquiries and concerns about products or services pawning, redeeming, and renewing luxury items.
-Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
-Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents accurately

Requirements:
-Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in jewelry or retail
-Basic knowledge of jewelry and pawn processes is a plus
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
-Presentable and polite, with an outgoing personality and attention to detail
-Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
-Willing to work on weekends or holidays if needed
