Job Summary

Customer service of Airfreight and Sea freight import shipments

Prepares duty exemption lists for Custom approval

Receptionist for incoming calls, visitors, mails

Major Duties

Prepares custom form, delivery order, inform to customer for any irregularity or revised flights.

Inform customer for any damaged cargo & their necessary action to be taken.

Co-ordinate with airline, liner agent for Import & Export via Air and Sea

Arrange transportation, schedule staff & orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand without delay

Issue Notice of Arrival (NOA) to monitoring Ocean Import shipment
