Customer Service Executive

· Prepare quotations, tax invoices, and delivery orders for customers.

· Make cold calls to customers to promote chargeable after-sales services and repair packages.

· Handle customers' inquiries and follow up on service requests.

· Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

· Support after-sales growth through proactive customer engagement.

· Conduct callback services for refrigerated vehicle customers.

· Develop new customer accounts to expand business opportunities.



Requirements

-Degree in business administration or any related field.

-Strong communication, customer-oriented, and persuasive skills.

-Result-driven with a positive attitude towards achieving targets.

-Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

-Prior experience in sales and customer service roles.

-Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
