Customer Service Executive (Retail sales)

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge.
- Drive sales by meeting targets and promoting products effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and product displays.
- Handle administrative tasks, including processing transactions and keeping accurate records.

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree in any related discipline
- Preferably with retail sales, customer service or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (added advantage for serving diverse clientele)
- Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
- Sales-driven and result-oriented
- Willingness to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and retail hours
- Added advantage for those with jewellery sales background, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications
