Customer Service / Live Host

What you'll be doing
-Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate new sales leads
-Demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
-Negotiate sales contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

What we're looking for
-Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
-Passionate about achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) softway

What You’ll Do
-Go LIVE on TikTok to promote Motorcycle products from our brands. Talk, laugh, and connect with viewers — make the live fun and exciting. Answer questions and help customers buy confidently. Try viral TikTok trends and creative ideas to boost engagement. Work with our marketing team to plan daily live sessions and new content.
