Customer Service Officer

Requirements
-Minimum Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
-At least 1-2 years of customer service experience (travel industry preferred).
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation/ticketing systems.
-Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts if required

Responsibilities
-Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and reservations via phone, email, or in person.
-Provide accurate travel information, itineraries, and quotations.
-Assist customers with changes, cancellations, or travel issues.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
-Support sales and operations teams in coordinating travel arrangements.
