As a Data Analyst Executive (Email Marketing), you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team by extracting and analyzing data from our email campaigns. You will be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, such as open rates and email forwards, and generating comprehensive reports to help management make informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn about digital marketing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Extract and analyze performance data from email campaigns.

Track and report on essential metrics including open rates, forwards, click-through rates, and subscriber engagement.

Prepare clear, accurate, and visually appealing reports for management and stakeholders.

Identify trends and provide actionable insights to help improve future campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support data-driven decision making.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.

Assist with ad-hoc analysis and special data projects as required.



Requirements:

Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Statistics, IT, or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.

Experience with email marketing platforms (especially GetResponse) is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

Good communication skills in English; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
