Drafter

1. Technical Drawing & Drafting

Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar tools.

Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering drawings based on project requirements.

Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or supervisors.

2. Interpretation of Specifications

Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to produce accurate drawings.

Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, engineering standards, and company guidelines.

3. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, or site supervisors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.

Participate in project meetings or site visits when required to gather design information or verify site conditions.

4. Documentation & File Management

Organize and maintain drawing files, revisions, and drawing registers.

Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Certificate or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

Proficient in AutoCAD, and optionally Revit, SolidWorks, or BIM tools.

Good understanding of technical drawings, measurements, and standards.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
