E-Commerce Executive - Masai

Job Description 职位描述:
-Manage the order process and ensure timely fulfillment.
-Upload and sync products across multiple e-commerce platforms.
-Develop and execute e-commerce campaign strategies.
-Provide customer service and support on e-commerce platforms.
-Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and customer needs.
-Assist with livestream operations and manage hosts.
-Track performance and generate monthly sales reports.
-Support with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements 职位要求:
-Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Proficient in writing in BM, EN, and CN (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred for serving Mandarin-speaking customers).
-Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office; quick to learn new software.
-Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
