Environment, Health & Safety Engineer - Taman Desa Cemerlang

Job Requirements
-Supervise and ensure the strict implementation of safety management measures for high-risk operation links in the company to reduce potential safety hazards in high-risk operations.
-Organize hazard identification and risk assessment, assist in formulating and promoting the implementation of risk control measures.
-Supervise the implementation of safety management measures for high-risk operations to reduce safety hazards.
-Coordinate daily, seasonal, holiday and special safety and environmental inspections of the business division.
-Guide and supervise hidden danger investigation and treatment in various departments, and track the closed-loop rectification of major hidden dangers.
-Improve the accident investigation and handling process to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and company norms.

Job Requirements
I. Educational Background
-Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering or other related science and engineering majors.

II. Knowledge and Skills
-Familiar with relevant Malaysian EHS laws, regulations and standards (such as OSHA Malaysia), and understand international systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
-Sensitive to hazard identification and risk control, with rich experience in industrial on-site EHS management, and able to formulate targeted control measures.
-Possess strong on-site insight and execution ability, able to effectively organize hidden danger investigation and promote the closed-loop of hidden dangers.
-Master the processes and skills of accident investigation and analysis, have solid professional knowledge, and be able to scientifically analyze the causes and formulate preventive measures.
-Familiar with the key points of EHS management of relevant parties, and proficient in the safety management norms and approval processes of construction and dangerous operations.

III. Competency Requirements
-Rigorous in work, strong in principle, with excellent communication and coordination skills and conflict resolution capabilities, able to promote the implementation of cross-departmental and cross-stakeholder EHS work.
-Language Requirements (Mandatory): Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written), English (spoken and written), and Chinese-Mandarin (spoken and written). Able to proficiently use all three languages for work communication, technical document drafting/reading, and internal & external coordination to ensure seamless cross-language collaboration.Strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly familiarize with local EHS regulatory trends and industry characteristics.
-Possess team spirit and be able to independently handle complex EHS issues.
