Equipment Engineer

As a Equipment Engineer, you are required to:

Perform equipment installation, setup, upgrades, equipment sustaining, troubleshooting and improvement projects to support overall organization goals and objectives.

Fully responsible for machine up time and readiness for production. Always ensure the machine’s MA (Machine Availability) are meet the set target.

Liaise with manufacturing department and ensure scheduled preventive maintenance is performed within the set time frame.

Ensure adequate spare part inventory to support production and prepare monthly spare part purchase plan.

Responsible for manpower coordination and always ensure work assign to be completed on time.

Always work together with the team for machine maintenance, repair and improvement projects. Responsible for equipment performance analysis for improvement projects for better machine performance, reduce operational and maintenance cost.

Prepare and maintain documentation, control plan, FMEA, troubleshooting guideline and other ISO related documentation.

Provide guidance, training and coaching to engineers and technician in machine maintenance and troubleshooting and improvement projects.

Prepare weekly machine event summary and share it in weekly meeting.



We are looking for talents who are having:

Degree in Engineering. Preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics.

Preferable min 2-3 years related experience in handling machines, other machines maintenance. Experience working in high production volume industry will be added advantage. Fresh graduate with ability to learn fast can be considered for junior position.

Must demonstrate good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Power point.

Preferably knowledgeable in computer networking and PLC programming.

SPC knowledge is required.

Basic electrical/electronic/mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.
