Job Description

Review and assess student applications based on MOHE, MQA and programme entry requirements.

Verify applicant information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

Prepare and issue offer letters and ensure all documents are processed before student induction.

Process credit transfer applications and coordinate with faculties for evaluation.

Update and maintain student records and application statuses in internal systems (CMS, SPARK, e-IPTS).

Monitor application, admission and scholarship records to ensure compliance with institutional requirements.

Handle student requests, including programme changes, intake changes and inter-campus transfers.

Maintain and organise student files and documentation with proper tracking and filing systems.

Prepare student-related letters and documents, such as confirmation letters and EPF withdrawal support letters.

Assist in organising student induction programmes and registration activities.

Prepare reports, statistical data and documentation for audits, accreditation and management purposes.

Provide administrative support, customer service and guidance to students and parents.

Support departmental operations and perform other duties assigned by the Manager or Registrar.
