Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Executive (Property Management) to oversee the day-to-day management of our company-owned facilities. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate eager to learn, but we prefer those with prior experience handling workers’ quarters or facility management.
This role requires someone with strong coordination and communication skills, as you will be managing various facilities used by our own group of subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain workers’ quarters, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Record utility meter readings (e.g., water, electricity) and distribute accurate billing statements to tenant companies (subsidiaries).
Oversee the maintenance of shared facilities including Canteen, Surau, Community Hall, Recreational Facilities, Clinic
Lead and manage the property team, including property clerks, civil maintenance staff, Medical Assistant, and clinic personnel
Coordinate with service providers for grass cutting, house maintenance, and repair works.
Respond promptly to complaints and requests from tenants and facility users.
Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Support facility inspections, safety audits, and maintain proper documentation in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
Act as the liaison between tenants (subsidiaries) and service providers for grass cutting, house maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Address and resolve issues or complaints raised by tenants and facility users.
Ensure facilities are well-maintained and in good working order at all times.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Admin or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in property or facility management, particularly in managing workers’ accommodations.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
