Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market expansion initiatives.

Manage relationships with existing customers including distributors, hardware retailers, contractors, developers, and project clients.

Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and market visits to maintain strong customer engagement.

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals in alignment with company guidelines.

Monitor customer orders and coordinate with internal departments including operations, logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery fulfillment.

Track customer payment collections and ensure timely receivables recovery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and industry developments.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review.

Participate in product promotions, trade events, and marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in cement, building materials, ready-mix concrete, construction materials, hardware distribution, industrial products, or related industries.

Experience managing dealers, distributors, contractors, developers, hardware retailers, or project-based clients is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pricing negotiations, credit/payment terms, and customer account management.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.

Ability to identify project opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable conducting site visits, market visits, and frequent client meetings.

Ability to coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Possess own transportation and willingness to travel when required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
