Key responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the resort's offerings to potential customers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and building relationships with key industry partners

Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance the resort's brand visibility and drive sales

Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and maintain a strong online presence for the resort

Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
