Daily maintenance, inspection, and supervision of plant systems (electricity, water, fire protection, air conditioning), including vendor management, construction supervision, and assistance with water and electricity needs

Planning and execution of plant equipment/facilities repair and improvement projects, and emergency handling and response-Production line fixture fabrication and management

Building maintenance and public safety reporting

Fire protection equipment maintenance, management, and repair reporting

Routine general affairs operations, including general affairs, repairs, occupational safety and health, etc.
