A Chinese electronic components distribution company is hiring a Factory Manager in Malaysia.
Established in 2004, the company has been deeply engaged in the fields of protective electronic components, power semiconductors, and related technologies for many years. Its customers cover industries such as smartphones, laptops, power banks, energy storage, communications, automotive, and smart electronics. The company has stable business operations and good growth potential.
The Malaysia factory is currently in a development stage with a relatively small-scale operation. The requirements for candidates are not extremely high. This position is suitable for candidates with manufacturing management experience, production site management experience, or supervisor-level experience, who are looking to further develop their career toward factory management.
Work Location: Taman Industri Jaya, 81300 Skudai, Johor, Malaysia
Salary: Approximately RM 4,800 – RM 7,200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily production and on-site management of the Malaysia factory, including production planning, manpower arrangement, production line coordination, quality issue handling, material and inventory coordination, safety management, cost control, and solving daily operational issues.
- Coordinate with the China headquarters, report production progress, and implement relevant instructions and work arrangements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both the China headquarters and local Malaysian employees;
- Experience in manufacturing production management or on-site operations management. Candidates with experience as supervisors, production leaders, team leaders, line leaders, etc. are welcome to apply;
- Candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing, quality control, production scheduling, and factory operations management will be preferred;
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations and workplace safety requirements is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, communication skills, coordination skills, team management ability, and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work permanently at the factory site and accept overtime during peak seasons; no record of serious professional misconduct.
Malaysian permanent residents are preferred.
