Failure Analysis Engineer

🛠️ Key Responsibilities：

Record, maintain, and update failure data of defective products identified in production line

Perform troubleshooting, verification, and re-evaluation of failed units

Conduct initial failure analysis and identify possible root causes based on symptoms and data

Prepare clear defect and failure analysis reports

Perform repair / rework activities based on instructions from Process / Quality Engineers

Handle customer return units (0KM / field return) and perform initial analysis

Support disposition and handling of Non-Conforming Products (NCR) stock

Escalate abnormal issues (e.g., batch defects or repeated failure cases) to relevant engineering teams

Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and record keeping of all analysis and repair activities

Comply with company Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements

Participate in continuous improvement and safety awareness activities

🎓 Requirements：

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automation or related engineering field

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of electronic components and circuit diagrams

Familiar with SMT manufacturing process (preferred)

Knowledge in electronic manufacturing environment is an advantage

Experience:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Experience in OEM / electronics manufacturing industry will be an advantage

Training will be provided for suitable candidates with strong learning attitude
