FINANCE ANALYST

Job Summary

The Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, monitoring business performance, and providing financial insights to support management in making informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Analyze revenue, expenses, costs, profit margins, and financial performance.
Prepare variance analysis between actual results vs. budget/forecast and explain significant differences.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Prepare financial analysis and management reports for management review.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend ways to improve financial efficiency.
Monitor key financial indicators and provide recommendations to management.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
Work closely with Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Production and other departments to collect and verify financial information.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant financial documents and analysis.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records in accordance with company policies.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and other duties assigned by management.
