Finance Senior Executive

Main Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate the company's overall financial operations at project and HQ levels.
-Prepare monthly financial reports, income statements, and cash flow.
-Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) including supplier invoicing, claims, and payments.
-Prepare supporting documents for audits, taxes, and legal compliance.
-Oversee accounting records using the company's digital financial system / software.
-Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, project cost analysis, and financial performance reports.
-Support the management team in financial planning and internal controls.

Required Qualifications:
-Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preference given to those who have worked in the construction / project industry.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting, AutoCount, QuickBooks or equivalent).
-Efficient, thorough, and have a high level of integrity.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Advantages:
-Experience in preparing management reports and financial statements for various projects.
-Basic knowledge in project management systems or ERP.
