Inside Sales Associate

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telemarketing, customer service or sales is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Contact potential customers through phone calls and messaging platforms.
Explain company products and services professionally.
Follow up with customer inquiries and appointments.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Update customer information and records accurately.
