Job Description

We are seeking an International Business Development Manager / Senior Manager to lead international expansion for Offspring and Tanamera across ASEAN, China, Middle East, and EU markets.

This is a hands-on role responsible for opening new markets, appointing distributors, and driving overseas sales, with the opportunity to build and lead an international business team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new international markets for Offspring and Tanamera products

Appoint, negotiate, and manage overseas distributors and partners

Drive international sales growth and achieve revenue targets

Execute market entry strategies, pricing, and commercial negotiations

Work closely with internal teams on product registration, compliance, and fulfilment

Represent the brands at international trade shows and business meetings

Build and lead the international team as the business expands

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5–8 years (Manager) / 8–12 years (Senior Manager) in international sales or business development

Proven experience in opening new overseas markets

Exposure to ASEAN, China, Middle East, or EU markets

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel internationally

Excellent English; Mandarin is an advantage (guna your words)
