International Sales & Program Support Executive

What You’ll Do:
-Handle enquiries for programs across Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, Korea, Bali, and Sri Lanka.
-Manage study tour enquiries from both B2B and B2C clients.
-Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
-Conduct online meetings with clients via Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
-Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert enquiries into bookings.
-Provide after-sales support and coordinate inbound programs in Johor.
-Assist CEO with sales-related activities and reporting.
-Occasionally travel to Singapore for meetings.

What We’re Looking For:
-Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; any third language is a plus.
-Experience in travel, education, or study tours is an advantage.
-Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Work Arrangement:
-5-day work week with remote working flexibility.
-Occasional travel to Singapore required for meetings.
