Internship - HR Digitalisation (AI / Power BI / IT)

Job Description
Support HR digitalisation initiatives, including process improvement and automation

Assist in the development and enhancement of HR dashboards and reporting using Power BI

Contribute to data analysis projects such as sales incentive calculations and HR metrics tracking

Support the creation and maintenance of HR systems, databases, and training records

Assist in developing training materials, including videos and digital content

Collaborate closely with the HR team and report to the assigned project lead

Provide support in driving continuous improvement projects within HR



Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Analytics, or related field

Basic knowledge or exposure to:

Power BI / Data visualisation tools

Data analysis or dashboard creation

Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)

Interest in HR systems, automation, and digital transformation

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
