IT Sales Engineer

Requirements

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions.
Knowledge of sales automation tools.
Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support sales activities.
Responsibilities

Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre sales technical support.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical capabilities and benefits.
Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their technical needs and design customized solutions that meet their requirements.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
Technical Training: Provide training and support to customers on the use of the company's products and solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product improvements.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
