Job Responsibilities 工作职责
Conduct enrichment classes according to the company's structured teaching syllabus. 根据公司系统化教学课程及标准教材进行授课。
Deliver engaging, interactive and enjoyable lessons that encourage active learning. 采用生动、有趣及互动式教学方式，提高学生学习兴趣。
Develop students' mental arithmetic, concentration, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 培养学生珠心算能力、专注力、逻辑思维及解决问题能力。
Inspire students to develop confidence, positive learning attitudes, discipline and good character. 帮助学生建立自信心，培养积极学习态度、自律精神及良好品格。
Monitor students' learning progress and provide regular feedback to parents and supervisors. 持续观察及评估学生学习表现，并定期向家长及主管汇报学习进度。
Build positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication. 与学生及家长建立良好的沟通及互信关系。
Create a safe, caring, fun and inspiring learning environment. 营造安全、关爱、积极及充满启发性的学习环境。
Ensure classroom cleanliness, hygiene and students' safety at all times. 确保课室整洁卫生，并时刻关注学生安全。
Participate in teaching meetings, training programmes and educational activities积极参与教师培训、教学会议及各项教育活动。

Basic Requirements 基本资格要求
Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates from SPM, STPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree are encouraged to apply. 拥有至少 SPM 学历，欢迎 SPM、STPM、Diploma 或 Bachelor Degree 应届毕业生申请。
Able to communicate and teach in Mandarin. 能够以华语进行教学及沟通。
Basic proficiency in English is an added advantage.具备基本英语沟通能力者更佳。
Computer literacy in Zoom, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 熟悉 Zoom、Microsoft Word、Excel 及 PowerPoint 等电脑软件操作。
Possess good basic Mathematics skills. 具备良好的基础数学能力。
Passionate about education and enjoys working with children. 热爱教育事业，喜欢与孩子相处。
Patient, caring, responsible and willing to learn. 具备耐心、责任感、爱心，并乐于学习。
Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills. 拥有积极正面的工作态度，善于团队合作及沟通。
Teaching experience is an advantage but not required. 拥有教学经验者优先考虑，没有经验亦欢迎申请。
