Junior Quantity Surveyor - Bandar Sri Damansara

Responsibilities:
-Study and understand project drawings, architectural drawings (Archi), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
-Perform quantity take-off and material calculations for roofing works
-Prepare material cutting lists and roof area calculations for project quotations
-Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and tender submissions
-Prepare material quantity for purchasing and procurement planning
-Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
-Evaluate subcontractor quotations, claims, and costing
-Monitor project cost control and budget performance

Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
-Minimum 1 year working experience (experience in roofing works is an advantage)
-Ability to read construction drawings and perform material take-off
-Strong analytical, costing, and negotiation skills
-Detail-oriented and able to work independently
